I'm Noel Seifert — a business informatics student and software engineer. During the day, I work on real products; in my free time, I work on side projects, take photos, and am always learning something new.
A brief introduction
I study business informatics and develop software professionally — situated between the people who need something and the systems that deliver it.
This in-between space is what I enjoy most: transforming vague requirements into something that actually gets delivered, and explaining the compromises along the way. Clean, honest interfaces are important to me—and code that someone else will still be able to read six months from now.
My curiosity doesn't end after work. I tinker with side projects to really learn things, carry a camera with me to slow down and look more closely, and write from time to time to figure out what I'm actually thinking.
